Asfalys will store your personal data for the duration necessary to achieve the objectives described in Article 5 above, from pre-contractual negotiations to the end of the contract concluded between the parties. If the law, a decree, or a regulation requires or authorizes data retention after the end of the contract, or if a dispute requires the use of your personal data by Asfalys, the storage period will be extended accordingly. The exact storage period will depend on the specific purpose for which we hold your personal data. Asfalys may need to share your personal data with various recipients, such as external service providers, government authorities, third parties involved in legal proceedings and their advisors, and other third parties, as part of its business activities. This data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union that do not offer an adequate level of protection for personal data. Asfalys will ensure that appropriate protection measures are in place to protect your personal data and will ensure that any transfer to a third country is carried out lawfully and in accordance with the principles set out in the European Data Protection Regulation.

Asfalys may amend this agreement at any time for various reasons, such as changes to the website and the services offered there, changes in legislation, or any other legitimate reason.
